Online: Online credit and debit card payments are processed through the CA State Disbursement Unit (SDU). A 1.9% fee will be charged.
Payments that directly debit your bank account are processed through ExpertPay, a funds verification service. ExpertPay applies a one-time $2.50 registration fee.
PayPal: A 2.49% fee will be charged when using PayPal.
Alternative Locations: To make payments at participating MoneyGram locations, you will need your participant identification number and access code 14630. For PayNearMe, use the link below to get a personal barcode used to make payments at participating locations. A $1.99 fee applies when using MoneyGram or PayNearMe.
Receiving Payments
IMPORTANT
California is moving to paperless payment distribution. If you receive Paper Check payments, you need to sign up for Direct Deposit or a Child Support Debit MasterCard. Some exceptions apply.
