Make check/money order payable to: CA State Disbursement Unit (SDU) P.O. Box 989067, Sacramento, CA 95798-9067. Please write on check: Employee’s full name, social security number, court/case number, Participants ID number, and amount of withholding.

IMPORTANT

There is a change in bank account/routing number for child support payments from Bank of America to MUFG Union Bank. This change will impact any Employers/Third Party remitters using the EFT/ACH Credit methods of payment.
